Civil servants - good news!

Civil servants don’t stop blaming about their subordinated chances. Compared with industry employed colleagues, they are’nt able to gain the same delightful salary, they say. Analysts detected the ancient matter of dismissal protection as reason for that tragedy. Immediately uionists picked up that circumstance and started activity in order to brighten and to finalize that unbalanced situation soon. The key they use to evaluate the meaning of dismissal protection in todays life, is called SWOT analysis.

Referring to leak out information, unionists already think about striking activities in order to protect their values. Threatening with poster activities and labour dispute, civil servants want to inform public about the really unbalanced situation because of that hated dismissal protection. In case of indifference, unionists tend to impress the public promoting labour disputes and maybe stronger.

Surprised by that noise, even at governmental side, a new team setteled up. It wants once again to deal with these matters. With first priority, this team evaluates about additional budgetary costs generated by such attempts. But, and that’s really cool, specialists calculated that an intelligent introduction of such concept, maybe even could save money… a really double advantage situation. Alerted by such opportunities, the chancellor personally took the strategic lead. One can suppose, that if there will not arise late surprising obstacles, civil servants could get happy winners of the game.

If really the dismissal protection would disappear, civil servants immediately could move to the better position. Best donated industrial jobs would not be a locked challenge any more. But, and that’s the real smash, states budget would be relieved dramatically, means a real win win situation. But keep caution, maybe there is an invisible problem still.

If not, this would be the unique chance for our highly specialized civil servants to take the lead to their own hands and start all up with unexcelled careers.
